Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed whether you have received damaged merchandise, an incorrect order, a wrong size, or simply wish to return the merchandise. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of the food items we sell for safety reasons. If there is a problem with your order, we are more than happy to work with you toward a mutually agreeable resolution. Simply contact us via email and we will be happy to work with you.

Please notify us within 10 days if you have a problem with your order or it needs to be returned. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT CONTACTING US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns without a Return Authorization Number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Please call 770-309-6589, e-mail, or use our CONTACT US form on the website for a return authorization number for your merchandise. Merchandise without an authorization number on the returned package will not be accepted by Gardensgreen™ and will be returned to you. Please write the authorization number on the outside of the package.

If possible, please return the merchandise in the original shipping packaging. Enclose a copy of your receipt or your name, address, phone number, date of purchase and/or order number AND the return authorization number. Please include a note stating the reason for the return. If the merchandise was received in a damaged condition, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY and/or REFUSE TO ACCEPT any obviously damaged order from the carrier. Your original order must be verified before an exchange in merchandise can be shipped or a credit can be posted to your charge card. In the case of a return, you will receive credit for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Merchandise is shipped via United States Parcel Post (most often by priority mail or three day delivery). Occasionally, orders are shipped UPS or FedEx. You may request other shipping options by calling or contacting us on our CONTACT US form to make the arrangements.

Acceptance, use, or installation of merchandise ordered from Gardensgreen™ is acknowledgement that Gardensgreen™ is not to be held responsible for any damage or neglect arising from a customer’s misuse or incorrect installation of any product that is sold/ordered through the Gardensgreen™ website, shopping cart, U.S. mail, other shipping entities, e-mail, or phone order.

We can ship to any verifiable address in the United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes! We wouldn’t want to delay your receipt of the products you are eagerly awaiting. Please be sure to double check all of your addresses. There is an extra charge that will be billed to you if the delivery company either changes the delivery address and delivers the package or returns it to us as undeliverable.
